Media
If you upload images to our mobile application or website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Other users of the application can potentially download and extract any location data from images shared within the platform.

If you create an account or use our services, we may store certain information in cookies or similar technologies. These may include your login credentials, preferences, and session information for your convenience so that you do not have to re-enter details repeatedly. Who we share your data with
Advanced Hospital Staffing does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share limited data with healthcare facilities for shift verification and staffing purposes, and with payment processors for compensation processing. All data sharing is conducted under strict confidentiality agreements.
In addition, we may disclose your personal information:
- To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
- To enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us.
- If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Advanced Hospital Staffing, our customers, or others.
How long we retain your data
Personal data collected through our application is retained for up to 7 years to comply with healthcare industry regulations and employment record requirements. Financial and payroll data may be retained longer as required by applicable tax and labor laws.
What rights you have over your data
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You can also request that we restrict processing of your personal data or provide you with a portable copy of your data. This does not include any data we are obligated to keep for administrative, legal, healthcare compliance, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
User data may be processed through automated systems for shift matching, credential verification, and fraud detection services. All data transmission is encrypted and conducted through secure channels.
Data Security
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our App, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through our App. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy setting or security measures included through the App.
Mobile Device Location Tracking
Advanced Hospital Staffing mobile applications, including but not limited to the Advanced Hospital Staffing mobile application on iOS, Android, or any other platform, actively collect and track location information to verify user presence at healthcare facilities during scheduled shifts. Information collected includes:
- Real-time location data to verify your current location during clock-in and clock-out actions at assigned healthcare facilities.
- Continuous location tracking during worked hours to ensure compliance with shift requirements and facility policies.
- Geofencing capabilities that use native device features to identify when you have entered or exited specified healthcare facility areas to provide timely notifications and automatic time tracking.
- Route and movement data during active shift hours for security and verification purposes.
Additionally, we collect your device UUID (Unique Device Identifier) to ensure account security, prevent fraudulent activity, and maintain accurate records of which device is being used to access shifts and perform work-related actions.
Other information we collect includes your interactions with the Advanced Hospital Staffing app, such as shift applications, schedule views, communication features, and payment information. This information includes records of those interactions, your Internet Protocol address, comprehensive device information (including device type, operating system, browser type, mobile device UUID, and device settings), and referral information.
Location data is essential for our service as it ensures healthcare facilities can verify that contracted staff are present and working as scheduled. By using our application, you consent to this location tracking during active shift periods.
Google reCAPTCHA Terms of Use
By accessing or using the reCAPTCHA APIs within the Advanced Hospital Staffing application, you agree to the Google APIs Terms of Use, Google Terms of Use, and to the Additional Terms below. Please read and understand all applicable terms and policies before accessing the APIs.
You acknowledge and understand that the reCAPTCHA API works by collecting hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sending these data to Google for analysis. The information collected in connection with your use of the service will be used for improving reCAPTCHA and for general security purposes. It will not be used for personalized advertising by Google. Pursuant to Section 3(d) of the Google APIs Terms of Service, you agree that if you use the APIs that it is your responsibility to provide any necessary notices or consents for the collection and sharing of this data with Google. For users in the European Union, you and your API Client(s) must comply with the EU User Consent Policy. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to call limits. Google may in its sole discretion enforce these limits through any of the means described at call limits or in these terms of service.
How to Delete Your Account
At Advanced Hospital Staffing we value your privacy and want to make it easy for you to manage your account. If you decide to delete your account, please follow the steps outlined below. This guide ensures compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies that require users to have a clear way to delete their accounts within the app.
Steps to Request Account Deletion
- Contact Advanced Hospital Staffing support through the in-app contact form or email administrator@advancedhospitalstaffing.com.
- Send a message to our support team requesting your account deletion.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation message detailing the implications of deleting your account, including the loss of access to shift history, payment records, and professional references. If you’re sure you want to proceed, confirm the action.
- Final Steps: After confirming the deletion request, your account will be flagged for deletion. For security and compliance purposes, the process may take up to 30 days to complete. During this time, you can contact us to cancel the deletion if needed.

Important Notes
- Deleting your account is a permanent action. Once completed, all associated data will be removed and cannot be recovered.
- Certain employment records, payroll data, and compliance documentation may be retained for up to 7 years for legal, tax, and healthcare industry regulatory purposes as outlined in our data retention policy.
- Outstanding payments will still be processed after account deletion.
